i) Jog in the Morning

The best exercises for HIIT are cycling and running, but swimming is also an option. If you do not have a bicycle, you should consider running. Start by warming up for around three minutes. The remaining 17 minutes should be dedicated to 30-second sprints followed by 90 seconds of jogging. These HIIT sessions will give you great results and save you a lot of time.

iv) Adopt a Healthy Diet
A healthy balanced diet is what you need to improve your fitness level. Ideally, you should alternate your protein portions between plant proteins, seafood, fresh water fish, steak, pork-chops, chicken and eggs among others. There should also be plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet.
